Returns and Exchanges
At BERT, we want you to love your shoes! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the option to return or exchange your item under the following conditions:
- Return Period: You may return any unworn and undamaged item within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition of Products: All returned items must be in their original condition, with no signs of wear or damage.
- Return Shipping Costs: Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover shipping fees for returns. However, we will be happy to facilitate the process and provide the necessary instructions.
Refunds
Upon receiving the returned item and confirming its condition, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that any shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team. You will be responsible for the shipping fees associated with both the return and the new item being sent.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as personalized or final sale products, may not be eligible for return or exchange. These items will be clearly marked on our website.
