We built the Industry Program because the people who make this industry, founders, teams, media, athletes, ambassadors, should be the first to feel the difference. Not as a discount code. As a thank-you from one outdoor brand to another.

How It Works

How to Apply

  • Apply. Fill out the short form below with your name, company/role, and a way to verify (work email, company site, or Instagram).
  • Get verified. We review applications personally, usually within 2–3 business days. Small team, real humans.
  • Get your code. Approved applicants receive a personal 25% discount code by email, good for one year.
  • Shop. Use it at thebertshoe.com. One order at a time, shipped to your work address or the address on file.

The Fine Print

Terms

  • The Industry Program is open to full-time industry professionals, media, athletes, and ambassadors, by application.
  • Discount: 25% off, one active code per person, non-transferable.
  • Limit: 4 pairs / 12 months. 
  • Cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or bundles.
  • Orders ship to your work address or the billing address on file.
  • For personal use only, not for resale.
  • BERT reserves the right to review or revoke access at any time.
  • Membership is annual; you'll be asked to reconfirm eligibility once a year.

Why It Matters to Us

BERT is made with recycled rubber and Colombian craftsmanship, and 5% of every sale goes to sterilization campaigns for stray dog programs. When you're part of the Industry Program, you're not just getting a discount..you're part of that chain too.
